Parts Washer with Ultrasonics

Ultrasonics are often used for precision cleaning applications.  Ultrasonic cleaning is improved by using an oscillating platform to move the parts or parts basket through the ultrasonic fluid zone.    We often add ultrasonic wash stages to work with agitation an turbulation cycles (parts cleaning MultipleRollover cycles).  This is a very effective way to precision wash parts, and clean difficult soils and contaminants like buffing and lapping compounds. 

A typical Immersion wash tank, with agitation up and down and ultrasonics would include:

ULTRASONIC WASH with Turbulation and Filter - This wash stage is a precision wash cycle with ultrasonics.   All RAMCO ultrasonic systems are supplied using immersibles which are easily accessed for replacement and repair if necessary.  Many competitive systems use transducers bonded to the bottom of the tank so you cannot repair them.  We use transducers within immersibles which bolt to the bottom of the tank.  These can be easily removed at any time in minutes.   The cycle would bring the parts into the cleaning solution, agitate up and down to move the cleaning solution thru the parts, and then an optional turbulation cycle with filtration to remove any dirt and debris.   The parts then stay immersed in the fluid, and we run the ultrasonics for a timed period.    Parts can then be agitated again for further fluid movement.
