Alfa Laval Spiral Heat Exchangers are very compact taking up a fraction of the space of a traditional shell & tube unit. Spiral heat exchangers are also very easy to operate, maintain and clean. Alfa Laval Spiral Heat Exchangers can be designed with hinged covers for fast and easy cleaning.

Along with slurries and fouling services, the short flow path of the Spiral Heat Exchanger make it well suited for use as a condenser. Spiral Heat Exchangers are also well suited for use as an interchanger ( i.e. product on both hot & cold side or channels).

Alfa Laval Spiral Heat Exchangers are available in a variety of materials such as Carbon Steel, 304SS, 316SS, SMO, Hastelloy as well as other alloys.
