RAMCO engineers and manufactures safe and robust industrial parts washers.   We also offer automated parts washing systems using water based detergents, and solvent based cleaning agents when required.   Our parts washers and parts washing systems are designed to meet a variety of applications from cell washing to final precision cleaning.  Our design features rapid cleaning of simple as well as complex parts allowing us to achieve results that other systems cannot.

There are several methods we use to provide mechanical agitation used in immersion washing:

Platform oscillation, moving the parts or parts basket up and down in the cleaning solution:

--move the parts through solution
--move the parts basket in and out of solution
--Solution turbulation, jet turbo

Cavitation or ultrasonics:

--precision cleaning using sonic wave energy, ultrasonic cleaning
