New England Sales, Inc. has become a leading supplier of precision FPI (fluorescent penetrant inspection) equipment for aircraft and aerospace, precision bearings, medial components and implantables as well as general industry.   We represent RAMCO and offer FPI Systems to manufacturers in the Northeast.  RAMCO has taken NDT (non-destructive testing) and FPI to a new level of precision accuracy with their semi-automated and fully automated FPI systems.

In addition to the FPI process itself, RAMCO can also provide  the pre-inspection preparation steps including wash/rinse/dry and etching, if required. Post FPI cleaning steps can also be provided as part of the RAMCO’s semi-automated or fully automated package. RAMCO systems are equally applicable for Oleophilic FPI and Water Washable specifications. RAMCO can provide immersion penetrant applications or spray applications as well as precision rinsing controlling time, temperature and pressure. RAMCO FPI systems are easily configured for the latest single use penetrant and developer specifications.

RAMCO’s semi-automated systems automate each step to eliminate the variability of manual operations.  RAMCO’s fully automated systems perform all the functions of  semi-automated systems plus automatic transfer of the work from the load station through to the Read Booth.
